Pumpkin Patches in Portland and Vancouver, WA (2026)

Two people laughing while lying in the grass surrounded by pumpkins at a pumpkin patch

Pumpkin season in Portland is short and it is good. Most patches close October 31, so if you are reading this, you have about ten days.

Here is my list for the Portland side and the Vancouver side of the river. I put the hours and prices right in the list so you do not have to click through eleven websites. Every detail below came from the farm’s own website this week. Weather moves things and some farms sell timed tickets, so check the farm’s page before you drive out.

The photo up top is how we handle pumpkin season: flat on our backs in the pumpkins, laughing. Pick the farm that fits who is coming with you, buy the ticket online if they sell one, and go.

Portland and the west side

Plumper Farms (NW Portland). Open Wednesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., through November 1. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Tickets are $17 online with a timed entry window, or $19 at the gate, for ages 2 and up. A season pass is $33. Parking is free. Hayrides, tube slides, pumpkin donuts and a lot of farm animals. Dogs are welcome.

The Pumpkin Patch on Sauvie Island. Open daily in October, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free and so is parking. Hayrides are $2 a person. U-pick fields, a market, an animal barn and a Brahman cow you can visit for free. No dogs, except service animals.

The Maize at The Pumpkin Patch. A corn maze with about two miles of paths. Plan 45 to 60 minutes. Open daily in October, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., last tickets at 5:30. Admission is $10 and kids under 5 are free. Tickets are sold online.

Lee Farms (Tualatin). Open through October 31. Monday through Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hayrides take you out to the corn maze and the pumpkin patch, and the Snack Barn has a bakery. Weekend online slots can sell out. No dogs, except service animals. Their site does not post the ticket price, so check before you go.

Yesteryear Farms (Wilsonville). Pumpkin patch and corn maze, open since September 10. Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. I could not confirm Monday through Wednesday hours or admission, so call 971-260-7909 first.

Liepold Farms (Boring). Open every day through October 31, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting. The Experience Pass is $20 for adults and $15 for kids 3 to 13, and covers the corn maze, dark maze, hayride and more. Under 3 is free with a paying adult. General admission is $5 at the farm only, and skips the maze and hayride. Last Experience Pass is sold at 3 p.m.

Vancouver and Clark County, WA

Bi-Zi Farms (Vancouver). Open through October 31, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., closed every Monday. Tickets are $16 for ages 3 and up and $14 for 62+ or military, plus tax. That covers a wagon ride, a free pumpkin, the corn maze, pumpkin launcher shots, a hot drink, farm animals and live music on weekends. Tickets are timed and online only. Nothing is sold at the gate. The night corn maze runs Friday and Saturday evenings, 6 to 10 p.m., for $9.50.

Walton Farms (Camas). October 3 to 31. Thursday and Friday 3 to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $13 with a pumpkin, $11 for 55+, free for 2 and under. The Patch at Whalen Oaks Farm (Woodland). Open October 1 to 31. Tuesday through Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday noon to 6 p.m. Closed Monday. Pumpkin Lane at Pomeroy Farm (Yacolt). Every Saturday and Sunday in October, plus November 1. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., last admission at 4. $8 for adults and $6 for kids 3 to 11. Free parking. The hayride goes down a lane of pumpkin people scenes. Service animals only. There is also a 21+ evening, Pumpkin Lane After Dark, on Friday October 23 for $40.

Get To-Gather Farm (Washougal). The pumpkin patch is open Wednesday through Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., through October 31. Weekend hayrides are $5 and the daytime haunted forest is $5. They post a free Halloween party in the patch on Saturday October 31, 5:30 to 10 p.m., with registration. They do not post a patch admission price, so call or text 360-989-0163.

How to pick one

  • Best for little kids: Bi-Zi Farms. One ticket covers the wagon ride, a free pumpkin, the maze, the animals and a kids’ area with pedal tractors and a bale maze.
  • Best for photos: Pomeroy Farm’s Pumpkin Lane, where the hayride rolls past pumpkin people scenes. Whalen Oaks has free photo spots too.
  • Best if you hate crowds: Walton Farms on a Thursday or Friday, 3 to 5 p.m. Weekday afternoons beat weekends everywhere.
  • Best for a date: the Bi-Zi night corn maze on a Friday or Saturday, 6 to 10 p.m. For adults only, Pumpkin Lane After Dark is Friday October 23.
  • Best on a budget: Sauvie Island and Whalen Oaks both have free admission and free parking.

Before you go

  • Buy tickets online when the farm offers it. Plumper, Bi-Zi and the Maize sell online, and Bi-Zi sells nothing at the gate.
  • Go on a weekday afternoon if you can. The last two weekends in October are packed.
  • Wear boots. It rains here and these are fields.
  • Dogs are welcome at some farms and banned at others. Plumper, Walton and Whalen Oaks say yes. Sauvie Island, Lee Farms and Pomeroy say no.
