Orange & Blossom is owned by pastry chef Marisa Kroes. It started as a farmers market pop up in 2020 and opened its brick and mortar shop in the Vernon neighborhood in November 2023. VegNews named it Best Vegan Bakery in its 2024 Restaurant Awards, and Eater Portland has featured it on its lists of the city’s best bakeries and best vegan spots.
